Simply put, a coach helps a person to identify his or her goals, personally or professionally, and the means to get there. About three years ago, the firm's bigwigs discussed setting aside a quiet place for nursing mothers on the staff to use. Someone suggested making it a room for anyone. Lactating women get first dibs, but any of the office's 85 or so lawyers and support staff can rest, regroup and recharge.The windowless room has a couch, recliner, blanket, coffee table and a door, for privacy.
